Shipping and Return


It depends on where you are. We usually ship out the order in the same day. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. We can offer express shipping, however there will be additional charge which we will inform you. Please send an email or give us a call for inquiry.

1. All new item within 30 days of its purchase date is eligible for return. 14 days for open-box and refurbished item. Only Defective or Dead on Arrival merchandise is eligible for a full money back refund. You must report any defective issues within 14 days of its arrival. 

2. Returned or exchanged products must be in brand new, mint condition, and have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.

3. If a product is received defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will do try our best to help you resolve the issue. We will only cover return shipping if we are notified prior to the return.

4. A shipping fee will be charged if shipments that are refused or returned to sender. Make sure you contact us to obtain RMA number before your return. Return without an RMA Number will not be accepted. 

5. A 15% restocking fee of will be charged on any new products that are opened and unsealed. Up to 85% will be charged for any missing or physical damaged parts.

6. We scan our products by their unique serial numbers in order to keep track of our merchandise. All returned products must match the scanned serial number in order for the return to be accepted. We are not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
